Head of Pool Construction

We’re looking for a Head of Pool Construction to own and elevate our entire construction operation. This is a senior role focused on oversight, decision-making, and execution at a high level. You will be the person the team turns to when things get complex, unclear, or high-stakes.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all active construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Review and mark up working plans to ensure they are accurate, buildable, and aligned with how projects are actually executed in the field
• Manage and support Project Managers, holding them accountable to schedule, quality, and communication standards
• Serve as the go-to resource for difficult construction questions, solving problems in real time and preventing issues before they hit the field
• Review estimates and proposals to ensure scope, pricing, and execution strategy are correct before projects are sold
• Identify gaps in plans, processes, or execution and implement improvements across the construction team
• Ensure consistency in how projects are built, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• Deep experience in pool construction or related construction fields
• Strong understanding of plans, engineering, and real-world field execution
• Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly, especially in high-pressure situations
• Leadership mindset with experience managing teams or project managers
• Detail-oriented but practical, someone who knows how things actually get built, not just how they look on paper
