Dal Pino Quality Pools is a design-build pool construction and renovation company serving Placer and Sacramento Counties. We build high-end residential pools and spas — new construction, remodels, and repairs — and we take pride in doing it right. The Role

We are hiring a full-time Construction Crew Member to join our field team out of our Auburn, CA office. Every workday starts here, so reliable transportation to Auburn is a must. This is a cross-trained, multi-trade position — you will build real skills across plumbing, electrical, excavation, equipment installation, and more. We invest in our people and promote from within.

Responsibilities

  • Excavation and trenching using mini excavator and hand tools
  • Underground plumbing rough-in and pressure testing
  • Electrical conduit installation and pool equipment wiring
  • Pool equipment installation — pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems
  • New pool construction from dig through finish
  • Pool remodels, surface repairs, and demolition
  • Pool surface preparation for plaster
  • General construction labor and daily site cleanup

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Bend, kneel, and work at ground level for extended periods
  • Walk safely over uneven terrain and active construction sites
  • Enter and exit trenches throughout the day
  • Work outdoors year-round, including summer heat

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, pool building, plumbing, or a related trade preferred — we will train the right person
  • Reliable transportation to our Auburn, CA office — required
  • Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to tow trailers a plus
  • Dependable, hardworking, and a strong team player
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
