Minimum Requirements (Required to Apply)
- At least 1+ year of pool maintenance experience (required)
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of pool chemical dosing and water balance
- Basic understanding of pool filtration systems and equipment
- Professional appearance and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification
Job Responsibilities
- Vacuum, skim, and brush swimming pools
- Test and balance pool chemicals according to safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
- Ensure pools are clean, safe, and compliant with DPH regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Maintain organized service logs and route efficiency
