The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent service to enhance the overall functionality of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct pool cleaning and maintenance, ensuring water quality and safety standards are met.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Respond promptly to service requests from staff or management regarding maintenance issues.
• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
• Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and pool maintenance standards is preferred.
• Previous experience as a service technician is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.
