Sales Staff 1 ( Floater)
Job Summary
The Sales Staff 1 (Floater) is an entry- to mid-level sales professional responsible for learning and executing Olympic Hot Tub’s proven sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role supports multiple showroom locations within an assigned district and serves as a foundational step for developing advanced sales skills and product expertise.
This position is ideal for a motivated, coachable individual who thrives in a performance-based environment and is eager to grow into a senior sales role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide coverage for assigned showrooms within a district, with flexibility to support additional locations as needed.
- Answer incoming calls (including overflow), greet customers, and initiate the qualification process using Olympic’s sales methodology.
- Conduct initial product walkarounds, discovery conversations, micro-closes, and feature demonstrations.
- Prepare and present price quotes; confidently ask for the sale while collaborating with senior sales consultants on complex deals.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and accurately document all customer interactions in Zoho CRM.
- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM tools and digital communication systems.
- Support showroom events and ensure high standards of product presentation and cleanliness.
- Perform outbound calls to existing customers to promote accessories, service programs, and special offers.
- Participate in ongoing training, sales meetings, and role-play sessions to develop product knowledge and selling skills.
- Assist with general showroom operations, including POS transactions and water care support.
Qualifications and Skills
To be qualified for this position applicants must:
● Foundational understanding of product lines, including:
- New & Certified Pre-Owned Hot Tubs
- Swim Spas, Saunas, Cold Plunge systems
- Covana covers and Smartop systems
- Basic knowledge of key product differentiators (e.g., FreshWater® Salt System, insulation, warranty, jet design).
- Comfort discussing delivery timelines, site preparation, and electrical requirements.
- Proficiency with Evosus, POS systems, and daily showroom operations (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, quoting tools, and follow-up systems (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
