Service Manager

Westmoreland Pools & Spas, Located in Pittsburgh, is seeking a qualified experienced Service Manager to handle day to day operations of our Service Department.

With over 45 years in the industry, Westmoreland Pools is the largest pool service company in the Pittsburgh Region with over 5000 active accounts. Service Manager is an on site position that requires the following:

At least 5 years in the field of pool/spa Service

Ability to speak to customers both on the phone and in person

Operate a CRM system to manage jobs

Manage a team of 10-15 Service Technicians
