Position Summary
The Service\Warehouse Manager is a vital, hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between the service department and warehouse operations. This position involves managing field technicians, optimizing service schedules, overseeing inventory control, and maintaining excellent customer service standards for all pools, hot tub & sauna repair, maintenance, and installation services.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in a service coordination, operations, or warehouse setting.
- Prior experience in the pool and hot tub industry or a related technical service field is highly preferred.
- Experience with high-volume customer inquiries and using CRM/scheduling software is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of pool and hot tub equipment, plumbing, and basic electrical systems (110v/220v).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks in a warehouse or field setting.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification may be required or a plus.
