Project Coordinator/ Scheduler – Construction

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator/Scheduler to support our construction operations. This role is integral to ensuring project efficiency, schedule accuracy, and seamless communication across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and field activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively support timely resolution.
• Collaborate with project managers, permitting teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, documentation, and status updates to leadership and relevant parties.
• Serve as a central communication point between office personnel, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, internal processes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or scheduling within the construction industry (permitting experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, workflow management, and project coordination tools.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
• English proficiency required.
• Must be able to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL 33411 prior to employment.
