The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch
location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.
Essential Function

Oversee staff and fulfill staffing needs for regular hours and peak times.
Maintain communication and motivate a positive sales team.
Confirm daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensure monies are deposited regularly.
Complete “End of the Month Check List” and submit it to the president and regional manager by the
30th of each month.
Address customer needs and resolve issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
Plan, organize, and coordinate sales, marketing, and budgeting.
Develop, oversee, and maximize retail budget and product inventory, purchasing, and sales.
Ensure inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
Collaborate with the president and regional manager to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective
advertising and hiring strategies.
Use company software to research, analyze, and track purchases.
Ensure that the store always looks clean and inviting.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Competency

Supervisory Responsibility
Interview, selectively hire, and train staff for the branch.
Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
Provide recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Education and Experience
Pool industry experience required, at least three years of experience highly preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.

successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to
lift-up-to 75 pounds at times.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Based
on branch location, work hours are subject to change. Must be flexible to work additional hours, evenings,
weekends, and Saturdays during peak season.
