Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of pool construction and renovation projects from pre-construction

through final inspection

• Build and maintain clear project schedules, budgets, and workflows

• Coordinate daily with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and

progress

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Proactively identify issues and drive solutions—without waiting for problems to escalate

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, change

orders, and client communications

• Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing residential pool construction projects

• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

• Clear, professional communicator with both clients and teams

• Ability to adapt to established processes and systems (coachability is essential)

• Comfortable managing multiple projects without losing control of details

• Proficient with project management and scheduling software

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Preferred Experience:

• Background in pool construction or outdoor living projects

• Familiarity with CRM or field service management systems

• Working knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes

Working Conditions:

• Combination of office and field work

• Occasional evening or weekend availability as needed

• Some regional travel may be required
