Commercial Pool Foreman

• Oversee and execute all phases of commercial pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring, tiling, and finishing.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with different trades. Review documents and determine in advanced potential bottlenecks and resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any construction-related issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial pool construction. (preferred)
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and tools effectively and safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Experience as foreman or superintendent (preferred).
• Spanish and english proficiency (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
