Primary Responsibilities

Deliveries & Installations

• Safely load, transport, unload, and position hot tubs and swim spas.
• Assist with deliveries using dollies, spa sleds, trailers, cranes, forklifts, and other moving equipment.
• Set hot tubs into final location while protecting customer property.
• Install steps, cover lifters, handrails, and other accessories.
• Assist with filling and starting up spas as needed.
• Perform quality inspections before leaving the customer’s home.

Customer Service

• Professionally represent the company during every delivery.
• Walk customers through basic spa operation and safety features.
• Demonstrate proper cover removal, filter cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Answer customer questions and communicate any service concerns to management.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving shipments.
• Organize warehouse inventory.
• Prepare deliveries by staging products and accessories.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts.

Equipment & Vehicle Care

• Inspect delivery trucks and trailers daily.
• Maintain delivery equipment.
• Report damaged equipment immediately.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds with assistance and moving equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in furniture, appliance, or hot tub delivery.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience towing trailers.
• Basic construction or carpentry experience.
• Experience using power tools.
• DOT is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, push, and pull heavy products.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
• Work on uneven terrain, stairs, hillsides, and tight spaces.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and snow.
