Lead Swimming Pool Service Technician — Westchester County, NY

A new pool service company is launching in Westchester County with serious long-term growth plans. We're focused on the premium residential market — Scarsdale, Larchmont, Rye and Armonk — and we're building something local and lasting.

We're looking for an experienced lead technician who knows Westchester pools inside and out. If you've been running your own small route, working independently or carrying accounts you've built relationships with over the years — and you're ready for the stability of a real salary, a company vehicle and a business behind you without giving up your autonomy — this is worth a conversation.

What you'll do:

• Perform spring openings and fall closings including cover removal and installation, equipment startups and winterization.
• Run weekly maintenance routes: vacuuming, brushing, skimming, backwashing, and filter cleaning.
• Conduct water testing and balancing.
• Diagnose and repair equipment including pumps, motors, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation systems, etc.
• Perform equipment replacement and upgrades: pumps, filters, heaters, lighting, automation and control systems.
• Manage chemical inventories and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners on service findings, repair recommendations and scheduling.
• Help establish service standards and train additional techs as we grow.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years residential pool service experience in Westchester or surrounding area.
• Hands-on expertise in water chemistry, equipment diagnostics and repair.
• Experience with major equipment brands — Pentair, Hayward and Fluidra.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair heaters, variable speed pumps, salt chlorination systems and automation controls.
• Clean driving record.
• CPO certification.
• Existing customer relationships are a serious plus and will be compensated accordingly.

• $70,000–$80,000 base salary commensurate with experience.
