Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly swimming pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and cleaner bags.
• Brush pool walls, steps, and tile.
• Vacuum pools as needed.
• Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues.
• Add chemicals according to water test results.
• Maintain accurate service records using a mobile app.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
• Pool service experience is a plus but not required.
