Tile Setter – Experienced

PoolServ LLC is looking for an experienced Tile Setter to join our team. This role involves installing and repairing tile on pool decks, water features, and related surfaces for residential and commercial properties, including work on high-profile properties across the Las Vegas area.Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and replace pool tile, coping, and decorative stonework
• Prepare surfaces, mix and apply thinset/mortar, and ensure proper waterproofing
• Cut and shape tile to fit custom layouts, edges, and curves
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Coordinate with crew leads and project managers on scheduling and materials
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company and client standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on tile setting experience (pool/spa experience a plus)
• Familiarity with waterline tile, glass tile, and natural stone installation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, and lift materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
